We left the UP Saturday morning. It didn’t take us too long to pack up the car, and our seven hour trip was uneventful.

By the end of March, Brendan and I will be living in Illinois. He took a job with his father’s company, and we gave our landlords our thirty day notice. Yesterday Brendan packed up the truck and left for Illinois.

Move to Michigan

One of the first steps we’ve made in our move to Michigan has been to clean out our media. We’ve already gone to McKay’s twice with books, DVDs, and CDs as part of our summer cleaning. Now that we are moving, however, it is difficult to justify my glorious obscene amount of books.
Payless is helping me move for the third time.
These boxes are FULL of books that are leaving my life, but not my memory. We are keeping four (much smaller) boxes of books.
