We’ve been garage sale shopping this summer and one of our recent finds was the word game Probe for $1; it was like brand new!
I remember Mom bringing it home from a yard sale once when we were little kids and it was great fun. Brendan and I have already played it and while it won’t take the place of Scrabble, we do enjoy it very much.

While filling up a bike at a BP station in Wisconsin, Brendan and I met a man with a cool BMW R90 with sidecar. He bought the bike new back in 1976! He and Brendan talked bikes for about twenty minutes. He humored me and let me take pictures.

On our motorcycle rides, Brendan and I often encounter interesting things. Two weekends ago we came across a Ford Model A meet in Clinton, Wisconsin. The cars were really cool.

A few weeks ago Brendan bought a new helmet for me. It’s a pretty silver (so it’ll match any bike ;-P) HJC .

After seeing the wallet I had made, Lee requested one and pointed out a few fabrics at Jo-Ann’s that would be acceptable to him. I went with Blue Angels and modified the wallet pattern by halving it and adding a flap with a snap. Ta-dah!
Memorial day evening found the Sullivans outside flying kites in the back yard.
Jeremy and Kristin brought back two Japanese sewing magazines for me when they returned to the states. This one had a project that I recently attempted.
It had some English words, but most of it is Japanese characters and it even reads from right to left.
While out with Mom Sullivan at a local quilt shop, I found some Little Red Riding Hood fabric. My little sister loves Little Red, so I bought a yard and made this:
Brendan and I drove down to Ohio this weekend to welcome Jeremy, Kristin, and Aeris to the states as well as to attend my cousin Tommy’s wedding.

I think we may have some ducklings in our future. When Jeanette was here this weekend, she twice scared off what she thought were ducks when she opened our front door (Brendan and I rarely use it). I looked in the flower bed and saw a nest! There were two eggs on Sunday (when I took the first pictures) and now there are three!
