Brendan and I had a great time at the Renaissance Festival. We caught a few shows, ate some yummy food, and spent a lot of time people-watching.

I went to a quilt show at the historic Colonel Palmer House in Crystal Lake. There were some beautiful quilts.
Well, I think I’m inspired to sit at my machine now!

Brendan and I went to the county fair with the Sullivans on Saturday.

Brendan bought a fishing pole for me and I got my fishing license a few weeks ago. I am hooked! (sorry, bad pun).

Grandpa Bowman’s 80th birthday party was a great event. I got to see my Bowman family!

My little niece had her first birthday on July 3rd. Aeris looked so precious in her outfit.

Dad Sullivan got a bigger trailer to haul all four dirt bikes, and the Sullivan boys spent an afternoon working on getting it ready for its precious cargo.

Last week Brendan and I were on the roof of his office to fix the network connection for our Internet at the house (we use the Internet from the office via magic–eh, something that Brendan and Dad Sully figured out). Anyway, I was on the roof and took some pictures.

Brendan washed my Escape while we were staying at Mom and Dad Sullivan’s. Yes, it is post worthy as my car hasn’t been clean in a very long time.
Plus, I really love my car.

Brendan just got all of his hair cut off. I’ll have to take a picture; he looks so cute!
