After last Christmas, I decided that I wanted to try to sew as many Christmas presents as possible. I still think I have room for progress, but this year I did complete two winter quilts, one for each of our families.

I had meant to make a third for us so that we would all have matching quilts and be able to think of each other whenever we cuddled under them. Alas, I only had enough fabric for two. Darn–now I have to buy more fabric for our quilt. 
Actually, I’m not sure if I’ll have time for that. I have several other sewing projects that are clamoring for my attention…

Thank you sweetheart. Ours is very special to us. We have used it several times since our happy surprise when we opened it. We were NOT expecting such a precious gift. We love you.

It is beautiful and so comfortable. We used it while visiting at Christmas! It was great to have a little Sullivan with us as we celebrated Christmas. We miss you both. Hope you had a great time with his family!
