I am going to do a very simple pattern for my winter quilt. I think some of the prints are too pretty to cut into small pieces.
cut strips: I'm ready to piece!
The cardinal and winter scene fabric is cut into large rectangles. I then cut strips from the other fabrics. These strips will be sewn together in rows of three and then cut to match the size of the large rectangles. At least, that’s the plan thus far… With all of the snow flurries and colder weather, I am anxious to have my winter quilt for snuggling and retiring my Woodland Creatures until next fall.
Love,
Tiff

Your quilts are perfect for snuggling up with and thinking about the pretty sweetheart who made them for us. When I went to kiss Jeanette goodbye this morning I tucked her in with the quilt you made her while the snow was swirling around outside her window.
