We are still walking in the park. Now, however, we walk early in the morning when it’s still cool.
One day we saw ducks taking a break from the park and visiting the parking lot of Brendan’s office.
Another day, we saw a hawk on top of an office building. We had seen him the day before on the railing of one of the bridges! Of course, that day I DIDN”T have my camera. (I’ll keep bringing my camera to hopefully get a better shot. He is huge and magnificent.)

I cannot explain how much I love our park. Daily there is some wonder to enjoy and muse over as I walk with my best friend. Even if it is “just” a spider web.

I’m looking at these pictures again and I am struck anew with how beautiful the last picture is with the sun streaming over the tree. I might print that one and put it on my desk and ‘go there’ when I need to renew

“just” a spider web? that has to be the coolest spider web i’ve ever seen, i wish i could see it in person.
