Fleur de lis Fabric

I have always loved fleur de lis, and when I saw this material at Jo-Ann’s, I just had to buy two yards even though I had no plans for it. I bought this fleur de lis fabric ages ago, and this weekend I decided to cut into it.

I am going to make a skirt using this pattern. (I will be making the short one without pockets or the ties.)

Simplicity 2655

I’ve already cut out the pieces, and now I just need to get down to the business of assembling them.

I’ll post pictures when I’m finished.
